Drew Daly, Managing Partner of Northlake Management, contributes nearly a decade of experience in asset management, mixed-use and multifamily development, as well as market and economic analysis. With a track record of raising and deploying over $19M, project managing more than $150M in new construction, and providing asset management for over 1,000 units. Recently receiving his Washington State Real Estate license, he has previously completed the University of Washington’s Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program through the Runstad School, and is a graduate of Seattle University’s Albers School of Business.
John Links, Designated Broker of Northlake Management, has made significant contributions to property management, development, and sales with over 40 years of multifamily and mixed-use market expertise. As the founder of Metropolitan Homes Corp, John has raised and deployed more than $200M in real estate equity and been involved in the ownership and conversion of over 500 units in Seattle. His strong tenant and landlord relationships, cultivated throughout his career as a licensed designated real estate broker in Washington, are invaluable assets.
Bowman Harvey, Director of Operations and Maintenance, brings over two decades of experience in commercial construction trades and residential and multifamily remodel construction to Northlake management. As a Seattle native and Western Washington University graduate, Bowman has spent the last decade focusing on the operations and logistics aspects of asset management.
Jim Daly’s distinguished four-decade career in real estate development is a valuable asset to the firm’s projects. After graduating from the University of Washington with an architecture degree in 1968 and obtaining his architecture license in 1973, Jim has completed numerous impactful development projects, honing his skills in planning, design, construction, and delivery. His leadership and guidance continue to play a crucial role in the firm’s ongoing success.
